做緊秋祭,主打飛驒牛~(飛驒牛嘅故鄉係我好想去嘅白川鄉所在嘅岐阜縣)

要稱得上Wagyu Japanese Beef,只有4個品種:黑毛和種、褐毛和種、日本短角種、無角和種(4位貴族所生嘅混血兒都得)。仲要係日本土生土長,清清楚楚係族譜入面。
飛驒牛個名唔係隨便你叫,佢嘅牛生住得最耐嘅地方一定要係岐阜縣,最少14個月大,黑毛和種,出世嘅農場要有協會認證,肉質等級要達到3級至5級……
咁複雜皆因佢來頭太勁……2002年同2007年飛驒牛連續2屆全國和牛共進會都拎咗日本一大獎,2012年、2013年同2015年仲拎埋農林水產大臣獎!

肉眼入口即溶,肉質幼嫩,油脂甘香到迫爆口腔內每一個角落,OMG,太太太美味啦~配白飯係一絕!完全唔需要蘸任何醬汁已經好味到暈,如果真係要蘸醬汁嘅,建議蘸少少檸檬汁同幾粒仔海鹽已經好提味。

牛排肉相對地油脂少D(但仍然好多),牛味更突出,肉質無肉眼咁幼嫩同入口即溶,但就更啱我口味~
